meatballs
in sauce

Ingredients
- 1lb minced beef
- 1-2 tsp cumin
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- salt & pepper
- olive oil for frying

Method
- Knead the minced beef and cumin and shape into small sausage rolls.
- Grill under a medium heat until cooked.
- Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the garlic for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato puree and salt & pepper and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the meatballs to the sauce and continue to simmer for a few more
minutes and serve.
