Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1lb minced meat
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 slices of stale bread, made into breadcrumbs
- chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried mint, optional
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon, optional
- salt and pepper

Method
- Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead. Allow standing
for 20 minutes.
- Make small balls or large oval meatballs and fry in hot oil on
medium heat on both sides until the meat is cooked.
- Serve the large meatballs hot with rice or the small ones cold as a
meze.
