Broad Beans boiled
(Koukia me lahana)
Ingredients
1lb fresh broad beans
4 hearts of artichokes
salt
olive oil
lemon juice
Preparation
Put the broad beans and the artichokes in a saucepan and bring to boil.
Simmer for 20 minutes or until beans and artichokes are cooked. Add salt 5 minutes before the end.
Drain and serve with olive oil and lemon.
