Method
- Heat some oil in a saucepan and add the meat. Cover and simmer for
approximately 1 hour until all the juices released are absorbed.
- Crush the coriander seeds and add to meat with the wine, salt and
pepper.
- Raise the heat for a few minutes until the wine is absorbed.
- Serve hot with rice or pourgouri. Alternatively, add cubed, cooked
potatoes with the coriander and wine.
