Tzatziki
(Yoghurt and Cucumber Dip) |

Ingredients
- 1 tea cup of strained Greek yoghourt
- ¼ cucumber
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried mint
- salt
|

Method
- Thinly slice the cucumber then cut into small squares ( ½ cm
squared )
- Place the cucumber in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and
mix well.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve with pitta bread.
