Method
- Slice the peppers about 1 inch thickness.
- Fry on both sides maintaining some crispness.
- Remove from oil and place in serving dish and fry the garlic.
- Stir in tomato puree and stir continuously for 1 minute.
- Add 1 coffee cup of water and salt. Continue to stir for 3-5
minutes.
- Pour over peppers. Allow to cool. Best served chilled.
