Houmous
Ingredients
10oz (270g) cooked chickpeas
3 ½ oz (100g) tahini
2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed
juice of 1 lemon
olive oil (approx 225ml)
cayenne pepper to taste
cumin powder to taste
Method
Put the garlic, chickpeas and tahini in a food processor and blend into a smooth paste.
Add olive oil, lemon juice to individual taste.
