Beetroot Salad
Ingredients
1 boiled beetroot
olive oil
vinegar
1clove of garlic
How to make it
Cube the beetroot, 1cm thickness.
Crush the garlic and add to the beetroot.
Pour 2 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of vinegar and mix. Adjust to suit personal taste.
Best served after a few hours or leave overnight.
